This newly furbished wing of the house provides spacious accommodation all on one level. Accommodating up to 7 people in 2 bedrooms and on the comfortable sofa bed in the lounge area. The open plan sitting/dining room leads through french windows onto the south facing terrace which looks out over the garden to the millpond and the woods and farmland beyond stretching up to the Downs.
Breakfast can be taken in the Great Hall of the farmhouse by arrangement if wished. Tea, coffee and cake or biscuits are provided for your arrival.
Changeover day is Friday. Cottage must be vacated by 10am on day of departure. Bed linen is provided and beds are made up. Bath towels can be supplied for a charge of £2 per towel per week.

A deposit of 100.00 GB Pounds per week is payable at the time booking, with the balance due eight weeks before arrival. A booking once accepted is a legal commitment and guests will be liable for the whole amount of the booking in the event of a cancellation where it proves not possible to re-let the cottage. In order to cover this it is recommended that guests should consider taking out travel insurance. The cottage is non smoking. A good housekeeping security deposit of £100 refundable on day of departure is also requested. |
